Schedule your FREE pick up at least 12 hours in advance.

After scheduling your pickup, you will get a text reminder the afternoon/evening before your pickup.

Have your dirty laundry in a cinchable bag (kitchen trash bag). Please separate any items needing stain treatment in smaller bag inside the larger bag (fees apply). We are not able to read individual label washing instructions. *Be sure to check your pockets! Laundry Ladybug is NOT responsible for items lost in the wash or damaged by things left in pockets (chapstick, crayons, pens, gum, etc).

Once picked up, you’ll receive a text letting you know your laundry has been successfully picked up.

From there, your laundry will be out of your hands! Your order preferences are reviewed, and your laundry will start processing. The next day, your clean laundry is delivered in a clean bag! Deliveries are between 8AM-10AM. Same Day Service will have delivery in the afternoon/early evening of morning pick up (special rates apply).

You will get a text once delivery is completed. Payment must be completed prior to delivery.

Absolutely not! Each family’s laundry is washed separately from other families. The machines are sanitized between each load to ensure a sanitary environment.

Trash bags work best or any kind of cinchable bag! Don't worry about labeling or tagging your bags, we will do that for you!

We also have reusable bags for sale in addition to your complimentary first order bag.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept items not bagged (i.e., plastic totes, laundry baskets or laundry hampers).

No, this is supposed to be easy for you, remember? Leave the sorting to us!
We are unable to check every pocket. Laundry Ladybug is not responsible for items that are lost in the wash or damaged due to items left in pockets (chapstick, crayons, pens, gum, etc).
We do not. The laundry is weighed then the weight of the bag is then deducted.

The Ladybug Bag is a 20 gallon red bag and holds approximately 30 pounds.

We deliver the next day. We do offer same-day service (special rate applies) that offers morning pick up and same day afternoon/evening delivery.

No, we make this simple. Place your bagged laundry on your porch for us to pick up during our route. We will also return the laundry on the porch.
Yes, if it is within our service area.
We sort by size as we fold to ensure putting the laundry away is easy.
Please communicate with us what needs to be hung after drying (all collared shirts, all dresses, etc.) and send hangers with your pick up order. We will ensure your hanging items are returned to you on your own hangers!
Yes, because we sanitize the machines between every load.
Absolutely, label with your name & send it with your pick up order.
We use Gain, Tide or Tide Free & Gentle detergent (upon request), OxiClean and Shout Advanced for stain treatment. While we do not use fabric softener, we use Bounce dryer sheets for static control.
We do not because fabric softener breaks down the fibers of your clothing over time. This will also cause your towels to not absorb water leading to unwanted odors. It also damages washing machines by leaving residue build up.

Any item containing down/feathers, pillows, electric blankets, dry clean only items.

We cannot accept items that may pose a safety risk to us and/or the items of other customers cleaned in the same machines. These include items that have been contaminated with Excessive bodily fluids from a human or pet, Excessive pet hair, Mold/Mildew, Bugs/insects, Poison ivy or poison oak oils, Hazardous chemical residue

Currently the only items we have space to air-dry or hang to dry are intimates (bras, etc). We do offer to hang items AFTER they have been dried.

We use OxiClean on all whites, unless you send something different.
We are not able to read individual label washing instructions. Dry clean only items are not accepted.
We do not accept hand wash only items.
We offer stain treatment. Please place all stained clothing in a separate bag and let us know by including a note in the bag and we’ll do our best to get it out. It is very useful to know the exact source of each stain, since the best treatment will vary by the type of stain and the fabric type. While we’re usually successful at removing stains, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to get it out. If you can pretreat the stains before putting the garment in the bag, it will increase the odds of success.
Yes of course! Heavier items like comforters, duvets and blankets, etc. are priced by the piece.
Hey, we get it! These things happen. We send text reminders, but life can sometimes get in the way. To compensate our drive time, there will be a $10 missed pick-up fee. We can then reschedule the pick-up for another day.
There is a minimum fee of $20 per order.
We will carefully drape your hanging items over your bagged folded clothes. Both your hanging items and the folded items will be protected in plastic garment bags. If you place an empty wreath hanger on your front door, we will hang your clothes there.
Laundry Ladybug is NOT a franchise. We are a woman-owned, local small business.

Please email us within 24 hours of delivery with any concerns with your order. We’ll respond back ASAP with feedback and a resolution. We make no promises of stain removal.

There is normal wear when clothes are washed; in the highly unlikely event that your laundry is damaged or lost while in our possession, you’ll be promptly reimbursed if it cannot be repaired or located. (Note: possession being in our company vehicle or laundering location. Laundry Ladybug is not responsible for lost or stolen articles when the items are at your doorstep or at the agreed upon pick-up/delivery point.) Please see Terms of Use.
