Your items can be washed with water, on a normal washing cycle, and tumble-dried in a dryer. Laundry Ladybug LLC is not responsible for damage to any clothing and laundry articles that are not able to go through this washing routine. NOTE: we do not read each clothing tag to see how it is recommended to be washed.
Laundry Ladybug LLC cannot assume responsibility for weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to washing.
Laundry Ladybug LLC cannot guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics; or against damage to ancillary items such as belts, buttons, beads, ties or zipper pulls. Laundry Ladybug LLC’s liability with respect to any damaged items shall not exceed three (3) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition. Prior to bagging up your laundry, check all pockets! Laundry Ladybug LLC is not responsible for items lost in the wash or laundry damaged by something left in your pocket (Chapstick, crayons, markers, pen, lipstick, gum, etc.). We do our best to check pockets but we expect clothing to be sent with no items left in the pockets. Laundry Ladybug LLC cannot assume responsibility for weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to washing.
Any damaged items must be reported via email to admin@laundryladybug.com and examined by Laundry Ladybug LLC for inspection within 5 business days. We cannot accept items that may pose a risk to the safety of our team and/or the items of other customers cleaned in the same facility. These include items that have been contaminated with:
- Excessive Bodily fluids from a human or pet
- Excessive pet hair
- Moisture if the item is still wet or damp
- Mold/Mildew
- Bugs/insects
- Poison ivy or poison oak oils
- Hazardous chemical residue
Please report lost items via email to admin@laundryladybug.com within 5 business days. Laundry Ladybug LLC will make its best reasonable effort to track the missing article. Any items determined to have been lost by Laundry Ladybug LLC will be replaced. If we are unable to find a replacement, we will reimburse. Items will be considered lost 30 days after the initial claim is filed.
Laundry Ladybug LLC is not responsible for your items before they are picked up or after they are dropped off. A text message is sent when the items are picked up and delivered. It is your responsibility to ensure the safety of your items.
Please ensure that there are no dry clean only items in your wash and fold laundry. We cannot take responsibility for any dry clean only items damaged in our wash and fold laundry.
If you opt for stain treatment, bag the items separately with a note including details pertaining to how the stains originated. Although we will do our best to treat stains you opt for stain treatment, we cannot guarantee all stain removal as some stains will never come out.
There is a $20 minimum order fee for laundry pick-up.
